Prepare full sets of accounts for internal accounting function
Prepare Variance Analysis, Accrual & Journal
Support in preparing weekly / monthly reports quarterly, and Year-end closing of account
Assist in preparation of financial reports
Review of billings, payment & staff claim prepared by employees
Assist in GST Filing and Tax submission
Provide timely support in budget and forecast
Ensure compliance with statutory and accounting requirements
Inter Company reconciliation
In charge of Inventory review/Stock count
Overseeing company accounts, all financial activities and operations to improve company financial performances
Ensure proper internal controls are in place and perform periodic review on the controls, working closely with other functional departments in the process of improving controls
Other adhoc duties that may be assigned
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree qualified in accountancy or equivalent
Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent MS office skills especially on Microsoft Excel
Organised and meticulous
Experience in using accounting software
Ability to work independently with strong accountability
