Job Description

• Manage and process charter hire payments accurately and promptly
• Ensure timely invoicing of expenses to owners and sub-charterers
• Conduct monthly financial analysis of owner accounts and recoveries
• Maintain accurate accounting records for all liabilities, expenses, and payments related to owners
• Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve owner disputes
• Monitor and follow up on payments from and to owners and sub-charterers
• Close owner accounts promptly and accurately
• Adhere to internal financial guidelines and deadlines
• Prepare necessary schedules for audits and address audit findings
• Support ad-hoc financial projects as needed

The Successful Applicant

• Diploma in Accounting/Finance, or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment
