YOUR ROLE:
We are on the lookout for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for continuous learning to join us as an Accounts Executive. You will making significant daily contribution for the smooth running of our finance operations delivering financial insights where relevant and supporting the relevant business decision making process. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Invoicing (Accounts Receivable)
Prepare and issue invoices to clients in a timely manner.
Monitor and follow-up on outstanding payments while maintaining a cordial working relationship with clients facilitating prompt issue resolution when required (Stakeholder management).
Contributing to overall cashflow management process.
Accounts Payable Management
Review and processes employee's expenses submission in accordance with the company's policy.
Review and processes third party supplier invoices in accordance with the company's policy.
Building effective relationships with vendors (External Stakeholder Management).
Singapore Monthly financial closing
Take charge of Singapore monthly financial reporting (ie Revenue, Consultant margin to financial closing reporting)
Provide analysis and escalation in the financial reporting.
Assist in controlling costs and identifying areas for potential savings.
Singapore Financial Record Keeping
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
Ensure compliance with accounting policies, principles, and regulatory requirements.
Others
Collaborating cross functionally (locally and globally)to gather financial information and to provide any financial support as needed.
Management and creation of Singapore projects on the timesheets platform, as well as handling queries from consultants regarding this platform.
Conducting monthly onboarding sessions for new joiners in Singapore.
Supporting Singapore audit activities by providing necessary documents.
Providing adhoc reporting as required (P&L for key fixed price projects).
Streamlining and continuous improvements on reporting and processes.
WHO YOU ARE:
4+ years of hands-on experience, with a degree in accountancy or equivalent professional accounting qualification
Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
Detailed oriented, highly organized, and able to prioritize between different requirements
Independent, resourceful and adaptable team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Xero
We will be prioritizing applicants who have a current right to work in Singapore, and do not require sponsorship of a visa.
