Accounts Executive (Shipping/ Central/ $4k + Bonus!)

Responsibilities :

• Perform Month-end closing activities for management reporting and statutory compliance.
• Preparation of budgets and forecasts.
• Handle and process payments.
• Quarterly GST submissions.
• Coordinate with external auditors/tax agents/corporate secretary etc.
• Ensure internal controls and policies are followed.
• Support ad-hoc finance/accounting tasks when required.

Requirements :

• Min 1 3 years of experience in full sets of accounts
• Experience in MNC setting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Word/PowerPoint.
• Relevant experience in shipping experience
