Accounts Executive (Up to $3500 / 5 days / Tai Seng)

Job Title: Accounts Executive (ID8264)
Location: Tai Seng, Singapore
Working Hour:Mon-Fri, 9am to 6pm
Salary: $3000 - $3500

Job Description:
The download of the bank statement
. Update Cash Book records (in Excel) for crosschecking
. Data entry enter supplier invoices in Autocount
. Data entry enter payment voucher, receipt voucher, and journal voucher into Autocount
. Prepare cash flow forecast input/update payments due
. Prepare payment vouchers with supporting documents for verification & approval, create online payment transactions for internet banking
. Checking and maintenance of Inter-Company balance
. Checking purchase requisition forms submitted, preparing purchase order
. Checking of staff claim forms submitted
. Maintain journal, payments, and receipts files
. Prepare proforma / tax invoices
. Maintaining timesheet for Cleaner
. Prepare/Pack items for eCommerce Sales
Weekly / Monthly
. Prepare AP, AR Aging Report
. Prepare bank reconciliation statements
. Update balance sheet schedules
. Update fixed assets schedule
. Update loan schedule
. Maintain inventory record
. Monthend physical stock taken at the warehouse
. Retrieve foreign currencies exchange rates for Autocount updates
. Liaising with an outsourced accounting firm for intercompany transactions
. Record and reconcile eCommerce sales and cash collections
. Preparation of Quarterly GST Submission
Ad-hoc
. Assist in searching/collate documents/information as and when required

Requirement:
. Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting/finance experience
. Experience in a computerized (Autocount) accounting environment is preferred otherwise training is provided
. Good communication skills and being a team player
. Good working attitude and willingness to learn
. Meticulous, reliable, and independent
. Must be able to converse in both English and Mandarin. (to liaise with the Mandarinspeaking associates)
. Ability to deliver under tight schedules
