Accounts Executive | Up to $4.5K | 5.25 Days | Ubi

• Position: Accounts Executive
• Salary: $3,00 - $4,500
• Working Location: Ubi
• Working Days: Monday to Friday / one half day Saturday per month
• Working Time: 9.00am to 18.15pm

Responsibilities

• Perform general accounting duties.
• Prepare monthly reports and bank statement.
• Handle full or partial accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks.
• Create invoices, debit notes, and credit notes.
• Follow up on outstanding invoice.
• Assist to prepare consolidated accounts including foreign subsidiary companies.
• Liaise with external auditors and tax consultants for the completion of audited reports and tax filings.
• Ad-hoc duties assign by manager.

Requirements:

• GCE O/A Level, LCCI or Diploma with accounting knowledge.
• At least 2 to 3 years experience in related field.
• Must be multi-tasking and open to acquiring new skills and knowledge.
• Able to start immediately or within a short notice period is an added advantage.
