Accounts / Finance Assistant .IMMEDIATE. Contract / Contract - Perm #HDC

Responsibilities:

. Handle GL closing for accounts payable invoices based on nature of expenses incurred.

. Review and improve billing and collection workflows

. Meet collection of KPIs

. Ensure that relevant documents such as delivery order, purchase order and purchase requisition are orderly attached

. Entry of AP Invoices into SAP system

. Bank clearing and Bank reconciliation with customers and internal business units

. Implementation and tracking of new workflows and their effectiveness in meeting AR KPIs

Requirements:

. Possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Accountancy or O Levels with prior experience

. At least 2 years of working experience in the related fields

. Familiar with SAP is an advantage

. Knowledge of Partial Sets/ Full Sets

. Able to start work immediately or on short notice
