Working Location: Sin Ming Lane (15mins walk from Upper Thomson MRT)
Working Hours: Mon-Thu 9am-6.30pm Fri 9am-6pm
Responsibilities:
Accounts
- Handle full set of accounts
- Prepare AP, AR and Journals
- Check, verify and process invoices, expense claim and reimbursements etc.
- Prepare GST filings and CPF submission
HR Admin
- Manage payroll administration
- Perform full payroll process and make necessary tax filings in a timely manner
- Implement and execute HR policies and procedures
- Responsible for all aspects of Work Pass matters
- Prepare paperwork, scheduling and facilitation of smooth on boarding and off boarding process
- Assist in administering benefits, compensation and any other relevant policies, schemes etc.
- Assist in swift updates of personnel database and any other related information within the internal HR system
- Greet office visitors, oversee telephone services, email correspondence, mail distribution
- Maintain office supplies inventory and office efficiency by arranging repairs
- Ensure timely payment and manage budget for any office related expenses
Requirements:
- Min Bachelor's degree
- Min 5 years of accounting and HR admin experience
- Proficient in Advance Excel is a requirement
- Able to handle both English and Chinese written documents
