Provide management over a portfolio of clients to ensure required filings and submissions to be done by stipulated timeline
Achieve team and individual budgets, business plans and performance objectives
Scheduling, Monitor, control, coach, train and develop team members including reviewing of tax computations, GST computations, accounting treatment and preparation of unaudited financial statements in compliance with relevant governing law
Work with external auditors, resolving any accounting or tax related issues for portfolio of clients
Prepare and filing XBRL financial statements on behalf of Clients
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
Recognized Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CA etc.)
At least 5 years relevant experience with a senior role experience
Analytical with good inter-personal skills and enjoys challenges
Good understanding of corporate governance, regulatory compliance and accounting principles
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including VLookup and Pivot Table) advantageous
Proficient in XBRL (eXtensible Business Reporting Language) advantageous
