We are currently seeking a results-driven Accounts Manager / Business Development Manager to join our team and spearhead client management and business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Client Account Management
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives.
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing clients and potential leads.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Suggest company services to maximize client satisfaction and identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Forecast and track key account metrics, including quarterly sales results and annual forecasts.
- Prepare comprehensive sales and account status reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within assigned territories.
Issue Resolution
- Assist with challenging client requests and manage issue escalations effectively.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, or in a similar role.
- Experience in the marketing, events, or advertising industry is a plus.
Skills:
- Strong client relationship management and project management capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple account projects while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to develop and execute effective client campaigns.
