Accounts Payable | Up to $3K / 5.25 Days / Ubi

• Position: Account Payable
• Salary: $2,300 - $3,000
• Working Location: Ubi
• Working Days: Monday to Friday / one half day Saturday per month
• Working Time: 9.00am to 18.15pm

Responsibilities

• Suppliers invoices coding and posting.
• Circulate suppliers invoices to various departments for verification and approval before posting.
• Prepare suppliers payments.
• Perform monthly reconciliation of creditor's statement of accounts.
• Assist in the preparation of journals for the monthly closing of accounts.
• Update expenses schedule for monthly account closing.
• Ad-hoc duties assign by manager.

Requirements:

• Nitec or certificate with accounting knowledge and business administration.
• At least 2 years experience in related field.
• Able to start immediately or within a short notice period is an added advantage. or certificate with accounting knowledge and business administration.
