Job Description
Working Hours: 8am to 5:30pm on 5 days work week
Keying all receipts into Navision (IBG,Cash,Cheques)
Preparing Excel file for retention (IBG, Cash, etc)
Issuing Credit Notes using Navision
Liaising with Sales Team
Preparing report on invoices and following up with customers on Invoices
Track posting of invoices
Requirements
Meticulous and attention to detail
Able to work under pressure
Handle customer billing enquiry and dispute
Experienced in Excel, Winword, Navision, Computerised package on ERP Mode
