Job Description:

- Issue Sales Invoice for all jobs completed during the month.

- Ensures that customers are prompt in payment.

- Perform data entry into accounting system.

- Filing/binding of accounting records and supporting documents.

- Assist in month-end closing, review of AR aging, reconciliations and reporting.

- Other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

- LCCI / Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification.

- Proficiency in MS Office Application such as Word & Excel.

- Knowledge of XERO Accounting Software will be an advantage.

- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.

- Possesses self-motivated & positive attitude.
