Responsibilities:
- Daily reconcile bank receipts, payment gateway receipts, sales report and membership redemption reports.
- Prepare the merchant payment list and prepare in the DBS portal.
- Identify discrepancy and liaise with both merchant and IT team to proceed for cancellation or refund.
- Prepare daily sales reports and sales reconciliation with different platforms.
- Prepare pricing and breakeven calculation excel sheet (Scenario analysis)
- Sales forecast report
- Prepare sales invoice and chase for customer payment, if any
- Bookkeeping for Sales accounts and merchant payment accounts.
- Prepare a full set report for a secondary entity - bookkeeping, payment list, GST report and submission and management report.
- Other ad-hoc duties as required or assigned.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
- Accounting or Finance qualification (Degree or equivalent)
- Experience in market place accounting, example: liaise with lazada, foodpanda, shopee transactions before will be an advantage
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (example: Macro, Pivot, Vlookup and etc.)
- An excellent communicator with strong written and verbal skills in English and Mandarin.
- Highly organized and independent with proven ability to deliver results, ensuring compliance to accounting standards and internal controls
- Attention to detail and accuracy
