Tasks & responsibilities
- Full Set of Accounts Management: Independently manage the complete set of accounts for various clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Month-End Closings: Execute month-end closing processes efficiently for multiple companies.
- Management Accounts Preparation: Develop comprehensive monthly management accounts and reporting packages.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior associates, fostering their professional growth.
- Team Supervision: Oversee junior associates to ensure high-quality work and achieve departmental goals.
- Financial Management Support: Assist in delivering expert financial management services to our clients.
- Problem-Solving: Address and resolve accounting issues promptly as they arise.
- Client Advisory: Provide clients with insightful advice on finance operations, accounting systems, and reporting requirements.
- Ad-Hoc Assignments: Tackle special projects and assignments as needed.
Qualifications & experience
- ACCA/ Degree in Finance, Accountancy or equivalent qualification.
- 3 years above of relevant work experience.
- Good work ethic, initiative, keen to learn new things and acquire new knowledge.
- Mature personality and willing to learn.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MYOB, Microsoft Office and Xero would be an added advantage.
