ROLE

Learners come to us to courses which they need for their jobs, to be more productive in their roles and empower them in their job searches. This role is crucial to deliver the content so that learners can apply what they learn in their workplaces.

Besides being patient and polite, the trainer needs to be well-versed in the course content.

In this role, the employee will improve their communication skills, interpersonal skills, presentation skills, classroom management, meeting management and be a more confident person.

RESPONSIBILITIES

-ACTA/ACLP certified Trainers

-Will train at Telok Blangah/Vivocity area most of the time

-Train learners in one, few or all of these topics Python, AI, Wix, Excel, Powerpoint, Photoshop

-Ensure attendance taken

-Ensure exercise files are downloaded to computers

-Arrive 30 minutes before class

-Ensure survey form is filled

-Continuously improve course notes and exercise files

-Self-improve knowledge in the various courses

-Answer questions from past learners

REQUIREMENT

Have at least 5 years of working experience
