Job Description- Carry out preventive maintenance & servicing of ACMV systems (Fan Coils, Air Handling Units, Chillers, Pumps, Cooling Tower, Building Automation System)
Routine inspection of M&E equipment serving the buildings- Troubleshoot equipment fault and carry out repair works
Complete service report in English for customer endorsement
Must have relevant Engineering qualifications
- Able to communicate in English
Prior experience in Mechanical/Electrical/ACMV/HVAC engineering will be an advantage- Physically fit and able to work at heights of up to 3 metres
Training will be provided for those without experience
- Candidates are required to be resourceful, self-starting and possess a strong willingness to learn and upgrade their knowledge and skills.
- Educational Background: A relevant engineering qualification, such as a diploma or technical certificate in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or Facilities Technology.
- Experience: Prior experience in Mechanical/Electrical/ACMV/HVAC engineering is advantageous, though some employers provide training for those without experience.
- Physical Fitness: The job often requires physical fitness and the ability to work at heights of up to 3 meters.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English is usually required for communication and understanding technical manuals.
