Job Description

AIKO Collective is a social media marketing agency dedicated to help our clients bridge the gap between them and the constant change in the digital marketing landscape. We are seeking

an ambitious and results-oriented Sales Acquisition Manager to join our team and drive client acquisition efforts to the next level.

Job Scope:

  • Find leads for potential clients
  • Prepare compelling pitch decksthat target the prospect's pain points.
  • Negotiate and liaise with potential clients
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and potential opportunities for growth.

Job Specifications:

  • Minimally a diploma is required
  • A diploma/degree in comms or work experience in a sales related field is preferable
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Quick to adapt to changes
  • Able to create compelling pitch decks for prospects
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Friendly personality and eagerness to learn
