SAMH manages the Activity Hub, where psychosocial rehabilitative programmes are conducted to assist residents in their recovery from mental illness and to reintegrating them into the community. Activity Hub's services include occupational therapy, social work, psychological services and vocational placements.

Key Responsibilities
This is a direct client-facing role.
You will ensure the smooth running of our daily programs and promote residents quality of life through program co-ordination and support services to help the residents in their daily living. You will have opportunity to interact with stakeholders such as residents, suppliers, external agencies and volunteers etc.
. Programme Co-ordination
Assist in planning and conducting group sessions (eg. Daily living skills, work-related skills, crafts and sports) to engage residents as required
. Vocational services support
Submit records and documents on residents attendance and output and ensure that the works are completed satisfactorily
. Support Services not limited to the following:
o Caf/Sundry operations (train clients for employment, conduct simple meals preparation, liaise with suppliers to replenish stocks etc)
o Craft programs
Ensure smooth running of daily programs and operations of Social Enterprise
Work with Art Coordinators to have new crafts for sales and SE booths
o IT support
Work with Social Enterprise Team with different types of online retail platforms
Conduct computer and digital skills programs for residents
. Event Management
Plan and organize the annual events for the residents
. Project Management
Work with external agencies and volunteers on some projects
. Administration
Submit records and documentation
PRE-REQUISITES
- Qualifications: N / O / A / ITE / Diploma
- Proficient in spoken and written English and fluent in Mandarin and / or Malay / Tamil and at least one other dialect.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Self motivated and resilience to serve the mental health polulation
