About
The legal team is growing together with our company and is committed to provide top-end in-house legal services to our internal clients. We are looking for a competent candidate to join us as ad-tech product counsel to support monetization and advertising products and projects under ByteDance, including TikTok and several other emerging products. This role will be based in Singapore.

Responsibilities
- Work with legal teams and product teams globally to advise on ad-tech related products and projects
- Provide business stakeholders with legal and compliance advice across a wide range of subject areas, including advertising, privacy, intellectual property, platform/publisher liability, product liability, contract and consumer protection laws
- Draft and advise on product features and platform terms of use, privacy policies and guidelines
- Provide legal advice to business teams on marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Provide daily support and conduct internal training to relevant teams
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience working in an in-house legal department of a tech company or in a reputable law firm with substantial experience in TMT work
- Enjoys being challenged, is adaptable and able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic corporate environment
- Strong drafting, presentation and communication skills
- Admitted to practice in Singapore or any commonwealth jurisdiction
