Job Description

Job Highlights

Responsibilities

  • Manage front Office
  • Key in account details in ERP/SAP system.
  • Maintain working hours and Pay slip records.
  • Coordinate day to purchase/sales activities.
  • Assist with bank account applications for new staff
  • Assist in other HR and admin functions
  • Any other ad-hoc duties

Requirements

  • At least 1 years of experience in Singapore
  • Possesses a Diploma / Degree/Equavalant in related discipline
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Team player with a strong sense of responsibility and a positive working attitude
  • Meticulous with attention to detail and possess good problem-solving skills
  • Good communication skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Working days: 5 days

Location: Located in the West (Bukit Batok)
