Admin & Accounts Assistant
- Administrative support for all BUs including managing office suppliers, catering, meeting scheduling, travel bookings, courier logistics and other operational tasks;
- Support general office management duties of the company. Coordination of employee events and activities, including training, team building, anniversary celebrations etc;
- Understand and follow company administrative standards and policies and are responsible for all administrative activities in the office, corporate policy/proceeding optimisation;
- Responsible for reception phone calls to ensure effective and professional communication is delivered both internally and externally;
- Work with HR manager on HR-related functions, i.e. conduct orientation sessions, employee relations and employer branding establishment ;
- Assists employee lifecycle in the company, i.e. onboard and exit process;
- Support HR training programs;
- Comply with local labour law, advise the management team and HR on needed actions
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records, including A/P and A/R;
- Any ad-hoc duties requirements assigned by the office manager;
Preferably with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
Proficient in MS Office applications.
Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
Strong responsible attitude and team player to complete tasks on time.
Good communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Mandarin.
Strong numerical and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
Willing to take up new challenges.
