Job Responsibilities
. Provide day-to-day support in broad spectrum of HR and Administrative activities.
. Update or maintain HR information and leave records in the system.
. Handle staff travel arrangements including air-ticket purchase, travel insurance and accommodation.
. Serve as the first line of contact for HR-related queries, e.g. employee benefits, insurance, policies, letter requests etc.
. Support the recruitment and onboarding process - job advertisements, scheduling of interviews, documentation, new joiner orientation, etc.
. Monitor and follow up on staff confirmation. Prepare employees performance appraisal form.
. Support onboarding and offboarding processes for new joiners and leavers.
. Handle all work passes related matters including application, renewal, issuance and cancellation.
. Create and maintain employee records and updating in HR database
. Prepare monthly HR report and ad-hoc reports
. Administer insurance claims, training arrangement
. Keep track of confirmation cases, contracts renewal
. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
. GCE O Level & above
. Candidates without experience but willing to learn are welcome too
. Good communication and interpersonal skills
. Work independently with minimum supervision and a dedicated team player
. Singaporeans & PR Only.
. 5days work (0830hrs to 1730hrs)
