Job Description

SINGAPOREANS AND MALAYSIANS ONLY

1. Data Entry into accounting software
2. Documents management - digital/physical
3. Process e-commerce sales and manage e-commerce platform
4. Prepare Sales Quotations, Sales Invoices and Delivery Orders and follow up
5. Assets maintenance scheduling and reports preparation
6. Data gathering and reporting
7. Tender follow up
8. Respond to phone and email enquiries and follow up
9. Stock check and inventory tracking

10. Payment processing

11. CRM Database management

12. Arrange meetings / calls

13. Coordinate customer orders of consumables and spare parts

14. Coordinate repairs and servicing of tools and machinery
