Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recording invoices and filing documents accordingly.
  • Prepare tax invoices, delivery orders, and maintain inventory records.
  • Arrange the meeting room for the Director and Manager.
  • Prepare payment vouchers and organize filing.
  • Support the Manager and Executive in the day-to-day execution of activities and related tasks.
  • Collect and compile data.

Office Operations:

  • Answer phone and email inquiries.
  • Maintain office cleanliness.
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Singaporean, Permanent Residents, or Dependent Pass holders.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Immediate hiring available.
  • Seeking committed and serious candidates to join our team.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
