Job Description

  • Perform accounts receivable functions, include daily checking as well as reconciliation of invoices, credit notes and payment.
  • Follow up with customers correspondence emails on accounts related matters.
  • Check and prepare daily and monthly sales report
  • Follow up on customers collections and arrange for cheque deposit.
  • Perform reconciliation on customers outstanding balance.
  • Manage office and workers documentation, filing systems, and do record-keeping.
  • Dealing with MOM.
  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned.
  • Telecom industry experience will be added advantage.
