Job Description

Job Title: Admin and HR cum Account Assistant

Job Summary: We are seeking a Admin and HR cum Account Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies. In addition, they will assist the Accounting Department in tasks such as bookkeeping.

Key Responsibilities:

. Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies

. Assist the Accounting Department in bookkeeping tasks such as recording transactions,bank reconciliation, updated cashbook, reconciling accounts, and creating invoices

. Communicate with customers and vendors to resolve billing issues

. Bank account opening liaise with banker

Qualifications: . diploma or equivalent

. 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or accounting role

. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Working Hours: 9.00am to 6.00pm (5 days Work)

Salary: The salary for this position will be competitive and based on experience.
