  • Manage purchasing information and systems
  • Inventory Management: Periodically check stock levels to ensure they are within safe tolerance limits for just-in-time delivery.
  • Provide sales support to the sales team for creation of sales orders, delivery orders and update the stocks levels that require attention.
  • Prepare & Submit Weekly/Daily Inventory Report & Forecast
  • Coordinate with forwarder, track orders and ensure timely delivery
  • Maintain updated records of sales/purchased product, delivery information and invoices
  • Work with operations and finance department on all sales/purchases matters
  • Providing ad-hoc general administrative support when assigned

Job Requirement

  • Excellent communications and negotiation skills.
  • Hardworking and meticulous with positive attitude.
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Computer literate and proficient in MS Office Applications
  • Able to speak and write mandarin
