Location: Hougang Ave 8, Singapore
Working Hours: 5-day work week (including 1 weekend)
Weekdays: 10am - 7pm or 12pm - 9pm
Weekends: 8:30am - 6:30pm
Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Admin and Operations Assistant to join our team at The Nuggets Academy. This role will provide comprehensive support to the Founder/Director and Centre Manager, ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Opening and closing duties for the centre
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the centre
- Managing administrative tasks, including handling customer inquiries and paperwork
- Designing and editing worksheets, marketing materials, and collaterals
- Assisting in marketing efforts, including social media postings and content creation
- Supporting with any other relevant duties as assigned by the Centre Manager
Requirements:
- Proficient in English (spoken and written)
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Bonus Skills (Optional but a Plus):
- Experience in design, video editing, and filming
- Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing strategies
- HR and finance administrative support
