Join our team for a dynamic role with an outsourced project. We are seeking a dedicated individual to provide essential administrative and operational support for organizations programme activities.
- Provide Operational Support to the Programme
· Coordinate the plan and details of the programme with the programmes partners
· Assist programme managers in the application process
· Organize focus group session with participating partners
· Set up SOPs and manage for administrative tasks. (i.e. scheduling, data entry etc)
· Handle partner applications and onboarding processes
· Attend to enquiries and disseminating information to participating partners
- 2. Responsible for Data Management and the Registry
· Consolidate and merge databases
· Update and maintain the programmes registry
· Develop SOP for managing the registry database
· Conduct back-end audit checks referencing the central registry
· Manage data verification, checking and extraction
· Respond to, monitor and follow up on customer queries
· Track customer feedback and trends to flag out common issues
- 4. Support the Programmes Digital Initiatives
· Consolidate monthly inputs to refresh and verify account information
· Conduct regular maintenance of the digital initiatives to keep track latest changes
· Assist the IT team with user-acceptance test
· Update and maintain FAQs and user guide for the digital initiatives
· Consolidate feedback related to event features
· Raise IT service request and monitor existing tickets
· Diploma qualifications or above, preferably in business administration or related discipline.
· 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in project management.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook etc.
· Meticulous with good attention to detail
· Comfortable consolidate numbers or documents.
