- minimum 2 years experience in admin operation

- computer literate

- proactive and able to work independently with good time management

- good interpersonal and communication skills

- must be a team player and able to multi-task

- maintains proper record of all documents

- attention to details and problem solving skills

Job Description

- handle phone calls, filling and general admin support.

- support day to day operations / assist HR and director on any-hoc duties

- liase with operations manager and staffs

- conduct recuitment and interview for new candidate

- adminstrative duties and attend meetings

- high stress level and able complete task as per schedule
