Administration include filing, faxing, cash collection
Assist in bank forms and submission of application to banks
Address inquiries and concerns from owners and/or tenants
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the direct superior
Job Requirements
Diploma in Administration or equivalent.
Preferably with at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
Proficient in Computer Skill such MS Office.
Meticulous and have an eye for details, able to multi-task and independent.
