We are looking for a Part Time Admin cum Marketing Executive,
1. Organize and archive customer files and provide feedback to customers according to categories
2. Prepare company-related presentation PPT files and edit and design promotional posters according to the manager's guidance
3. Collect relevant market information and compile reports based on the company's business content
4. Arrange courier for Ad-hoc documentation
5. Applicants with video editing and image processing capabilities are preferred
6. Proficient in Chinese and English, familiar with Arabic language is preferred, welcome Local university & Poly students, experience in Digital Marketing
Requirements:
1. Basis admin & marketing knowledge will be added advantage.
2. Prior experience in a similar role within the same industry is highly valued.
3. Able to multi task and work efficiently. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
4. Required skill(s): Microsoft Office, Friendly and willing to learn attitude,
5. Responsible and meticulous at work
Working Days and Hours: 9:00am-12:00 13:00-18:00 weekdays only.
For part time candidate, Flexible working hours, but you need to be in the office at least half day or one day.
