Roles and Responsibilities
. Provide general administrative and clerical support e.g. mailing, scanning and copying.
. Keeping proper filing of documents (electronic and hard copies).
. Support team on Sales, Delivery Order and Open Job Number.
. Assist problem solving of administrative issues.
. Raise Tax invoice and liaise with client Admin is needed.
. Support in raising Purchase Request Orders and liaise project and procurement team when needed pertaining to purchases.
. Handling and coordinating Jobs within internal department.
. Maintain documentation e.g. Delivery Orders, Work Orders and Invoices.
. Assist arrangement of delivery order, collection and delivery of materials/documents.
. Liaising with international Technicians, Engineers on Administrative supports.
Requirements
. Minimum G.C.E O Level/Graduate Diploma or Equivalent.
. Minimum 2 years related experience.
. Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
. Able to work under stress and prioritize tasks.
. Resourceful.
. Self-motivated with high degrees of integrity.
. Highly organized.
. Excellent time management skill.
. Computer Knowledge in Excel and Word Document.
