Job Description

Working location: Orchard

Working hours: 10am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Perform general office duties, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling correspondence
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute them to relevant parties
  • Assist in organizing company events, conferences, and training sessions
  • Maintain accurate and organized filing systems, both electronic and paper
  • Prepare, edit, and format documents, reports, and presentations as required
  • Provide administrative support to senior management, including calendar management and task coordination
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, spreadsheets, and presentations for meetings
  • Conduct research and compile data for various projects and reports

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum Diploma and above
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in managing documents and tasks
  • Entry level candidates are welcome to apply, training will be provided
