Contract Period: 1 Jan 2025 to 31 Dec 2025 (With option to extend till 31 Dec 2026)
Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:
- Mondays to Thursdays: 9.00am to 6:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
- Fridays: 9:30am to 6:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
- Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
The Services required are set out as follows:
- Procurement - procurement of adhoc small value items, including stationery, food catering, bus bookings.
- Student administration - Help to process applications for financial assistance and related schemes for students from low-income families.
- Finance matters - Follow up with parents on outstanding bills on a monthly basis.
- Staff matters - Update leave and medical leave on the staff movement board.
- Record keeping - e.g. utilities and telecommuniations monthly usage, photocopy monthly usage, maintain list of expiry dates of contracts and agreements.
- Attend to walk-in visitors (parents, vendors, etc) and students requiring assistance at the General Office.
- Attend to sick and injured students
- Answering telephone calls and directing the calls to relevant staff.
- Attend to incoming parcels and school emails
- Any other duties as and when assigned by the school.
The Personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications, skills and experience:
- GCE O Level Certificate or its equivalent, in the English-medium.
- Good communication skills in English, and preferably be conversant in Mandarin.
- Able to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude even when under stress.
- A pleasant personality and a team player with good inter-personal skills.
- An independent worker with initiative.
- Has an eye for details, and has good organisation and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in Word and Excel.
Candidate with relevant experience in school financial administration will be preferred.
