Admin Assistant/ Marketing Assistant Processing company mail affairs.
- Supporting and performing the daily administrative duties.
Filing of various company documents, proficient in the use of software for work.- Process company expenses, payroll, invoices and other requests.
Basic data analysis, sort out the icon description and PPT presentation.
- Record and summarize attendance and other related matters.
Handle the affairs arranged by the manager.
Minimum O levels or equivalent.- Preferably with an understanding of the real estate industry information.
Proficient in Microsoft Office in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Team and IT software.
- Proactive, independent, meticulous, organized, honest and good team player.
Good verbal and written communication skills; bilingual (English and Chinese). (Required to communicate with Chinese clients.)- Preferably with some customer service experience.
Have some copy editing skills.
- Able to work under pressure.
Able to start work immediately or within short notice preferred.
- Salary Range: around SGD 2800 - SGD 3000 (Based on experience and competence)
- Working Days: 5 Days per week (10am 6pm)
