Job Responsibilities:
- Oversees the admin and support functions of Nursing Services
- Plan, organises and facilitates nursing training programmes and maintains staff database records
- Arranges nursing forums, meetings and other activities, including records of minutes of meeting
- Prepare refreshments, logistic requirements, course materials and required training tools
- Collate course nomination and registration for ad-hoc and external courses
- Monitors utilisation of training places for nursing training programmes and attendances
- Collates post-course evaluation results and prepares summary reports for Nurse Educators.
- Oversees the booking, cleanliness and assets of Skill Laboratory. Maintain inventory and checks equipment function.
- Collates and enters continuing Nursing Education points for nurses in SNB websites.
- Any other duties assigned by the Nursing Education Team.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma holders, preferably with a minimum of 3 year of similar experience
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Meticulous, good in follow-up and coordination skills
