Job Title: Admin

Location: Tampines

Working Hours: Mon to Sat 9am to 6.30pm.

Salary: $2800 - $3800

Job Description

. Handle daily office operation and administrative services, such as daily office reception, conference arrangements, and travel management

. Handle the payment of local administrative expenses, such as employee reimbursement application and daily utility bill payment

. Manage office documents (bills, contract seals, letter sending and receiving, E-mail, etc.).

Requirement:

. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Admin

. Skilled use of automated office software

. Able to actively promote daily work and effectively manage daily administrative work items
