Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Develops and maintains a detailed project schedule which includes administrative tasks and all sites involved in the project.
  • File all project documents (soft and hard copies).
  • Responsible to track project changes.
  • Compile project summary documents.
  • Gathers all project information schedules, data requests,assignments,tasks, and project meetings.
  • Process daily,weekly and monthly reporting to ensure all schedules run smoothly, all jobs are completed as prescribed.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must hold any qualifications / certificates related to Building and Construction.
  • Preferably with experience working in Construction Industry.
  • Good and Strong Communication Skills.
  • With Leadership Skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, intense environment.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time management.
  • Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.
