Job Description- Industry Type: Wholesale/ Retail
- Working Hours: 5 days / Monday-Friday: 830am - 530pm
- Duration: Permanent Full Time
- Salary based on capability and experience
- Monitor and order goods from local supplier as needed.
- Record Goods Received into system.
- Generate quotations/invoices/DN/CN
- Submit e-invoice for specific customer
- Coordinate logistics for sales activities.
- Follow up and update status on delivered invoices and specific customer payments.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and general administrative tasks for the sales and operations team.
- Assist in generating sales reports.
- Assist in documentation filling, ensure accurate and up-to-date record keeping and filing systems.
- Assist in month-end closing and yearly stock take.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor/ manager
- Willingness to learn and able to work in fast pace environment
- Meticulous and able to multi-task
- Team player but also able to work independently and with minimal supervision
- 1-2 years of related working experiences is an added advantage
- Must be computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office application (Excel, Word etc)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (such as Chinese and English)
