Job Description

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Admin Assistant to support operations and help drive business growth in Singapore and Southeast Asia.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Office administration and operational support
✅ Handling e-commerce platforms like Amazon & Market Place
✅ Invoicing and inventory updates
✅ Sales follow-ups and ad-hoc tasks

What We're Looking For:
Minimum Diploma qualification
At least 3 years of relevant experience in warehousing/food manufacturing
Proficiency in MS Office/Excel
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Positive attitude and ability to work under time pressure
