We are looking for Admin Assistant (Operation Department )for daily operation to manage client / a pool of floater and cleaner queries, schedule and feedbacks . etc .
Need to manage and monitor equipment, cleaning solutions and cleaning standard.
Work Day: Monday to Saturday
Work Shift: TBA
Responsibilities:
Able to communicate well/fast with client, floater and cleaner through various channels (e.g phone calls, Chat / SMS, emails, walk-ins)
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward clients at all times
Responding promptly to client inquiries & complaints Ensure client satisfaction and provide professional client support
To arrange floater or cleaner jobs schedule and monitor cleaning standard.
Collect mails and documents Assist in any ad hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, scheduling
Minimum Diploma holder Customer-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
Pleasant and friendly personality Strong problem solving capabilities
Able to work at a fast pace environment, fast learner, willing to take up responsibility
Computer literacy
