Our esteemed client, an established company, is searching for a Part-Time Admin Assistant:Job Responsibilities
- Assist in the processing of invoices to ensure timely and accurate billing.
Review and verify invoice details, correcting any discrepancies as needed.- Accurately input and update data into excel and databases.
Assist various department heads and team members with administrative tasks and projects.
- Coordinate with team members to gather necessary information for accurate record-keeping.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of admin experience preferred.- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Additional Information- Working Location: West Singapore (Company pick-up provided)
Working Hours: 3 Days Weekly (8am - 5:30pm)
- Salary Package: $1,500 + Lunch Provided
