Responsible for the majority of administrative duties in the company and managing the day-to-day operations of the office and coordinate all daily administrative activities. Provide clerical support to the business operation organize and maintaining files and records.
JobResponsibilities
- Retrieve requests from all outlets and/or relevant departments and print the barcodes
- Collect dispatch and distribute to the respective departments
- Receive, sort and distribute the incoming letters to respective departments
- File Pet Sales Contract, Puppy Stock Count & Retail Branch Daily Checklist Forms
- Handle queries from managers and employees
- Coordinate repairs to office equipment
- Any other duties as assigned related to your role
Requirements:
- At least 1 to 2 year of relevant work experience
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
- Good communications skills and the ability to work well with people
- Customer-oriented, well-organised, meticulous with problem solving skills
- High initiative, independent and ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Team player ability to work well with employees at all levels
- A hands-on person that is proactive, driven and resourceful
