Main Responsibilities:
. Handle staff expenses claims and payments
. Manage staff leave record and documentation
. Manage staff and company annual insurance policy renewal
. Organize company activities
. Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and other administrative tasks for the management.
. General admin duties and other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned
Requirements:
. Candidate should possess at least a Polytechnic Diploma
. On hand training will be provided.
. Proficient in Microsoft Office - Excel, Word etc
. Knowledge of Mandarin is essential.
. Good communication and interpersonal skills
