Job Description

Primary responsibilities

  • Manage reception duties including handling of incoming calls, welcoming visitors and mail distribution and arrangement of courier assignments
  • Ensure that office stationery, business name cards and pantry supplies etc are well-stocked
  • Submit invoices for payment processing timely and accurately
  • Assist with general administrative duties including filing of office documents
  • Support ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Able to start work immediately or within short notice period
  • Proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with counterparts in China
  • Attention to details with the ability to multi-task in a fast-pace environment
  • Strong sense of responsibility, effective interpersonal and communication skills
