Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Be a centralised person to handle all invoicing matters
  • Be a key person to liaise with relevant parties to chase for their outstanding payment responses and to submit payment certificates on time
  • Arrange with site personnels for delivery and collection of goods
  • Assist Business Operations Executives in other administrative matters

Requirements:

  • Minimum Higher Nitec or Diploma in any field or equivalent
  • Operationally driven
  • Knowledge on how to use SAP Business One is an added advantage, but not a requirement
  • Good coordination and interpersonal skills
