Duties & Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and answer phones in a courteous and professional manner.
- Compile, maintain, and update daily and monthly attendance records of site employees.
- Manage office inventories to ensure supplies are stocked and orders are placed as needed.
- Operate office equipment including printers, copiers, and fax machines troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Organize and sort incoming mail and paperwork for distribution or filing.
- Perform general office tasks, including data entry and document preparation.
- Assist administrative staff with paperwork processing and filing duties.
- Check incoming mails and coordinate courier services when necessary.
- Coordinate and manage training bookings for employees across all levels
- Perform adhoc duties as assigned by management to support office operations.
Requirements:
- Experience in compiling, maintaining, and updating daily and monthly attendance records is required.
- Candidate must possess at least O or N level.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Able to work in Tuas South transport provided from Woodlands & Tuas Crescent.
- Working hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm.
- Singaporean and Singapore Permanent Residents only
