Job Description

Job Scope:

  • Oversee general office operations, including answering phones, handling mail, and managing office supplies.
  • Assist in coordinating manufacturing schedules, including communication with suppliers, vendors, and clients.
  • Manage invoicing, billing, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Maintain and update office files, manufacturing records, and databases.
  • Handle purchasing and inventory management of office and manufacturing supplies.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documents required for manufacturing operations.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the team.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Perform additional administrative tasks as needed to support the manufacturing team.

Job Requirement:

  • 1 to 2 years related experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Basic understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
  • Experience in inventory management and purchasing is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle unexpected challenges.
