Job Scope:
- Oversee general office operations, including answering phones, handling mail, and managing office supplies.
- Assist in coordinating manufacturing schedules, including communication with suppliers, vendors, and clients.
- Manage invoicing, billing, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Maintain and update office files, manufacturing records, and databases.
- Handle purchasing and inventory management of office and manufacturing supplies.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documents required for manufacturing operations.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Perform additional administrative tasks as needed to support the manufacturing team.
Job Requirement:
- 1 to 2 years related experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Basic understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
- Experience in inventory management and purchasing is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle unexpected challenges.
